It is time of the semester again wherein my memory retention will be put to a test. This is going to be a long preliminaries for me, exam started last August 2 with Succession and will end on August 16 with Special Contracts.
With my schedule, I should be reading and comprehending the cases on Special Proceedings but here I am--- blogging. I just wanted to take a break from all the teleserye dramas of intestate and testate successions. It is too draining to cases how families battle it out in the Court to fight and to try to establish their rights to the deceased estate.
Someday, I hope that our family will not have to resort to special proceedings just to divide/distribute whatever inheritance will be left.
